Our organisation is continuously evolving with our counsellors and therapists developing their skills and experience, and new counsellors and therapists joining our group. If you do not see anything in our services that you think fits in with how youre feeling, please talk to us and see what we are able to offer.

Most people are unable to put a name to how they feel. Depression and anxiety are two commonly used terms that hide a wealth of other symptoms.

  • Do you have a problem with your relationship?
  • Are you struggling to cope with something in your life?
  • Is there a problem you would like to share?
  • Do you feel ‘stuck’?
  • Are you overwhelmed or unfulfilled?
  • Do you feel unhappy about something?

Our counsellors are on the BACP’s accredited voluntary register, the first psychological therapists register to be accredited under a scheme set up by the Department of Health, and is monitored by an independent body, accountable to Parliament. Each counsellor is tested and their suitability to practice is regularly monitored.

Our counsellors use a variety of techniques within our integrative counselling practice. These include Person Centred, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Transactional Analysis, Solution Focussed Brief Therapy, Psychodynamic and others, and can amalgamate these to tailor our work together.

If you are unsure about counselling, please contact me with no obligation, and I’ll endeavour to answer any questions or alleviate any worries you may have.

We know how hard it can be to take the first step towards a better life. We’ll try to make the process as simple as we possibly can and will endeavour to arrange your first visit within a few days of your enquiry, saving you the heartache and frustration encountered whilst on long waiting lists.
